Yes. In order to earn and redeem rewards you must have a FiveStar FanPerks account.
Do my rewards have an expiration date?
Cents per gallon rewards expire on the last day of the month plus 1 month after they are earned. For example, if you earn a reward on June 20th, your rewards will expire on July 31st. You can see your expiring rewards in the app by clicking the fuel pump icon on the home screen. Your FiveStar FanPerks monthly account statement email will also show your expiring rewards. Once a club offer ends, you will have 30 days to redeem any free products you have in your account. If a club offer is active, your free item(s) will not expire.
Where do I redeem my rewards earned at FiveStar?
All merchandise discounts, free products, and cents per gallon savings can be redeemed at any FiveStar location.
How do I change my Alt ID?
To update your Alt ID, simply update your phone number in the Profile screen.
How do I find my Alt ID?
Your Alt ID is 5 plus your ten-digit phone number. This is the phone number you used when you created your FiveStar FanPerks account.You can find your Alt ID in the Profile screen or by pushing the barcode icon in the top right corner of the home screen.
