Anthem Transparency in Coverage
This link leads to the machine readable files that are made available in response to the federal Transparency in Coverage Final Rules requiring certain group health plans to disclose on a public website information regarding in-network provider rates and historical out-of-network allowed amounts and billed charges for covered items and services in two separate machine-readable files (MRFs). The MRFs are for the Newcomb Oil Co., LLC Employee Benefit Plan benefit package. The machine readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators and application developers to more easily access and analyze data.
