Does Newcomb Oil Co. verify employment
over the phone or by fax?
No we do not.
I have not received my W-2. When should
I expect to receive it?
You should expect to receive your W-2 by February 15.
Current employees that have not received their W-2 by then
can ask their store manager to contact the payroll
department to have their address changed in the payroll
system. Former employees need to send in a written
request with their name, social security number,
self-addressed stamped envelope and $5.00 for processing
fee. The $5.00 processing fee also applies to current
employees that are requesting a second W-2.
I have not received my paycheck?
Current employees should ask their store manager to check
their mailing address or if they correctly completed a
direct deposit form. Both current and former employees need
to wait at least 10 business days before contacting their
store manager or the payroll department due to postal
service. Newcomb Oil Co. encourages current employees
to use the direct deposit option for receiving payroll
payment. Direct deposit is a much faster and reliable
way to get paid.
